Our free consultation service is available to Colorado health care providers who are managing perinatal patients with behavioral or mental health concerns..
We do not consult directly with patients.

How do our consults work?

Call our consult line at 1-888-910-0153 during business hours (M-F: 9am-5pm) to speak with our Resource and Referral Specialist.

You may leave a message after hours for a call back the next business day.

A Colorado PROSPER Provider will return your call within 1 hour to 24 hours (1 business day) to discuss treatment plans and support options for your patient.

Continue caring for your patient. Colorado PROSPER is a consultation service. You will continue managing care for your patient. We can refer you to local services if your patient requires ongoing psychiatric care.
